Alnovis AG, based in Rothenburg near Lucerne, is one of the leading fundraising agencies in Switzerland and exclusively supports non-profit organisations. For over 25 years, we have been assisting our clients throughout the entire fundraising process: from strategy & conception through implementation and controlling to data management and analysis.

With our integrated mix of tools, we support NPOs in sustainably further developing their fundraising activities and thus securing their project work as well as the growth of the organisation. Around half of our 100 employees work in the in-house dialogue centre.

What you bring

• Independent, structured and responsible working style
• Very good German skills, good knowledge of Italian is an advantage

Your role

• Comprehensive support and further development of fundraising clients
• Planning, coordination and optimisation of integrated fundraising campaigns (direct marketing, telephone fundraising etc.)!
• Analysis and interpretation of campaign and project data
• Close cooperation with internal teams (creative, production, data/CRM, dialogue centre)
• Budget responsibility as well as campaign controlling in the client mandate
