Teamlead Procurement (m/f | 80-100%)

Your tasks

• Personnel and operational management of the team (Purchasing, Import Logistics & Packaging)
• Responsibility for the strategic development of the product groups (excl. cocoa and cocoa products)
• Strategic procurement of the assigned product groups (including milk/fat), including supplier discussions, negotiations, budgeting and control of target achievement
• Ensuring smooth processes in import logistics and coordination of packaging processes
• Maintenance of master data: suppliers, material master, contracts and info records
• Management of projects, audits and cross-departmental initiatives
• Deputy for Import Logistics

Your profile

• You have several years of professional experience in strategic and operational purchasing
• You are a committed and responsible doer with a flair for process optimisation
• You have several years of team leadership experience
• You communicate appropriately for the target audience and fluently in German and English, French or Spanish is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel as well as SAP/S4 knowledge, SAP/S7 HANA knowledge is an advantage
