For an established Swiss SME, we are looking for a committed and independent individual for internal sales.

You are the first point of contact for customers, coordinate appointments, keep track of open enquiries, and support the field sales team in their daily work. In doing so, you take on responsibility and contribute significantly to a professional customer presence.

Your Tasks

• Receiving and processing customer enquiries by phone and email
• Appointment scheduling and coordination for the field sales team
• Active follow-up on quotations
• Telephone contact with existing and potential customers
• Maintenance and care of customer data in the CRM system
• Recording and managing orders
• Handling the central email inbox
• Reception and care of customers and visitors
• Preparation of documents for the field sales team
• Supporting management with administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Enjoyment of telephone communication and direct customer contact
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Confident use of common Office applications
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Organisational skills and initiative
• Team spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
