Technical Application Manager
If you are passionate about project management, constantly seeking to learn and enhance your skills, then you are the one we are looking for! You will be part of our team of experts and involved in challenging projects.
Your role
Your role is to contribute to the product/application lifecycle to ensure their security, efficiency and effectiveness of the information system in place. You supervise operations and provide support for these products/applications to guarantee agreed security and quality.
As part of projects or the adaptive maintenance plan, you also participate in the analysis, configuration and coding of application software components in compliance with desired evolutions, standards and procedures.
- Plan, anticipate and manage the annual maintenance plan for the applications/platforms under your responsibility: corrective maintenance of applications and technical roadmaps related to applications.
- Comply with the operating and usage rules of the IS in accordance with business standards and in line with defined service contracts.
- Be responsible for the documentation (scoping note, specifications, procedure guide…) of the applications.
- Participate in controlling the full costs of product-services/applications.
- Keep the application and technical mapping of your applications up to date.
- Participate in product/application implementation projects.
- Design, develop and deploy new versions (releases) of products/applications.
- Represent the business or project owners during the daily operation of systems.
- Participate in the development of operating and usage rules for products/applications.
- Carry out actions and processes for the day-to-day management of the information system in all its dimensions (assistance, incident management, service quality, contracts, satisfaction, training…).
- Ensure the implementation of monitoring for your products/services.
- Supervise operations and guarantee the maintenance of operational quality through appropriate actions.
- Provide support for your products/applications.
Your knowledge
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent (HES, EPF, …).
- Experience in managing information systems work, project management, application management and support.
- Expertise in service continuity (management of service interruptions, incidents and problems according to ITIL processes).
- Knowledge in application design, development and system integration.
- Ability to analyse the impact of functional/technical changes on users.
- Ability to install software components and verify that the capabilities of integrated systems and their efficiency meet specifications.
- Proficiency with Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, Jira tools and Tomcat, Kubernetes, Ansible, GIT systems.
- Mastery of relational database management systems, including Oracle; proficiency in SQL language.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and management tools.
- Excellent written and oral skills in French.
- Intermediate or advanced level of English.
