Your Tasks

You are familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM (Customer Engagement) and want to apply your experience in varied customer projects?
Then we would like to get to know you.

• Consulting and support of our customers around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM
• Analysis of existing business processes and development of solutions tailored individually to each customer
• Implementation, configuration, and further development of Business Central and CRM solutions
• Recording, analysing, and documenting customer requirements
• Accompanying our customers from requirements analysis to successful implementation
• Conducting workshops and user training
• Support for existing customer solutions and their continuous development
• Close collaboration with our internal team and external contacts

What You Bring

• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
• Good understanding of business processes
• Experience in consulting or supporting ERP and CRM solutions
• Enjoyment of customer contact and an independent, solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and good English skills

A plus, but not a must: Knowledge of Dynamics NAV / Navision, AL, Continia, Customer Service, Field Service, Microsoft Copilot, or relevant Microsoft certifications.
