What to expect:

• You independently lead small and medium IT projects and implement them together with the team
• You independently clarify professional, technical and organisational requirements in your projects
• You plan projects, create cost estimates and keep an eye on deadlines, quality and budget
• You contribute your ideas to internal quality management and maintain direct contact with our customers
• You coordinate our IT clerks, apprentices and interns in your projects

In short: You organise, coordinate, communicate - and together with the team ensure that
customer needs become well-thought-out and functional IT solutions.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• You have a qualification as an IT specialist EFZ or business IT specialist EFZ and bring professional experience
• You have initial experience in managing small IT projects
• You share our passion for modern technologies in the field of IT and digitalisation
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Business and network technologies
• You are a reliable team player with a goal-oriented, independent working style, negotiation skills and respectful manners
• You come from the Bernese Oberland or are willing to relocate near us
