Do you want to actively shape the future of Green?
Strategic and operational overall responsibility for the construction management of a project portfolio with several parallel data centre and infrastructure projects, a planned total capacity of several hundred MW, and a cumulative investment volume of several billion CHF.
Your area of responsibility
- Overall responsibility for leading, managing and further developing construction management
- Leadership of client representatives and project managers in ongoing construction projects
Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, quality, safety and governance requirements during implementation - Prioritisation and management of construction resources across the entire project portfolio
- Ensuring a consistent portfolio view of schedules, costs, risks, change orders, resources and critical decisions
- Ensuring and further developing uniform standards for project management, client representation, reporting, change order and risk management
- Assuming escalation responsibility for significant deviations, performance disruptions, goal conflicts and critical project decisions
Managing interfaces with project development, engineering, procurement, finance, legal, operations and commissioning - Preparation of well-founded management reports, decision bases and escalations for CCO, executive management and CEO
- Further development of the client organisation with regard to growth, scaling and the realisation of complex large projects
- Ensuring effective governance as well as clear responsibilities and decision-making paths within the construction organisation
Your skills
- Several years of leadership experience in construction management, client representation or realisation of complex large projects
- Experience in managing a portfolio with several parallel projects and high investment volumes
- Very good knowledge of cost, schedule, quality, risk, contract and change order management
- Proven experience in leading project managers and interdisciplinary project teams
- Experience in establishing and further developing uniform project governance and reporting standards
- Confident manner and experience in working with management, internal departments, authorities and external project partners
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking as well as high leadership, decision-making and assertiveness skills
- Fluent German and English skills
