These are your tasks
- Conducting assessments in child and adult protection as well as taking over and managing CEA mandates
- Assessment of new registrations within the intake process, including needs assessment and benefit calculation in the area of individual social assistance
- Advising and supporting people seeking help, both with and without economic support
- Participation in professional, content-related or organisational development
- Taking on topic responsibility (e.g. maintenance / custody) and/or project and concept work
This is what distinguishes you
- A university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor) in Social Work forms the basis, complemented by solid professional experience in economic social assistance as well as in mandate management in the CEA area
- Strong professional and methodological competence is present and is reflected, among other things, in structured, careful and comprehensible record keeping
- In-depth knowledge of subsidiarity issues as well as in the area of social insurance enables confident application in everyday practice
- Interest in independent task fulfilment with a high degree of creative freedom
- Knowledge of the client software "KLIBnet" is available
- Willingness for scientifically based, theory-led case management and corresponding reflection
