The following tasks are part of your core duties:
Area Academy Administration & LMS
- Organisation and management of courses and training sessions
- Support of participants and coordination with course instructors
- Creation of invitations and certificates as well as provision of course materials
- Course planning and organisation of course infrastructure
- Management and maintenance of the learning management system
- Support with evaluations and billing
Area Digital Learning & E-Learning
- Creation and maintenance of digital learning content and e-learnings
- Didactic preparation of specialist content
- Implementation of digital learning formats with authoring tools
- Publication and quality assurance of digital learning offerings
- Maintenance and updating of course materials
- Co-design and further development of the digital learning offerings of the Wetrok Academy
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training or comparable education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in administration, organisation and coordination, ideally in the education/training environment
- Experience with digital administration systems, ideally with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Knowledge in the creation and maintenance of digital learning content as well as handling authoring tools is an advantage
- Ability to prepare learning content clearly and target group appropriately
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Strong service orientation as well as organisational talent
- High sense of responsibility, initiative and attention to detail
- Enjoyment in working with people as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to question existing processes
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; good English and French skills are an advantage
