Your Tasks

• Establishment, development and leadership of the Production Organisation (PO) Change Management team with personnel, system, process and communication in the new Business Unit Operations
• Continuous development of the tool and process landscape for the transfer and review of Engineering Change to Manufacturing Change Transfers
• Definition, training and monitoring of the group-wide Effectivity Governance and basic logic with MSN, date, assembly
• Participation in the Design Organisation Change Review Board, representation of the PO and submission of a proposal for Effectivity including resources, implementation possibilities, customer requirements and production programmes
• Representation of the PO in development, upgrade and industrialisation projects regarding change management, effectivity and transfer of changes into the PO, as well as close cooperation with project and configuration management
• Establishment and continuous further development of the Change Implementation Board Governance as well as convening, preparation, leadership and moderation of the CIB meeting

What Convince Us

• Completed studies in engineering, aerospace, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience or proven competence in developing and motivating a team
• Several years of experience in engineering and production management as well as in change management (CM2 standard) in aerospace, or automotive and mechanical engineering industries
• Process and method competence in change management and adjacent specialist areas
• Sound knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA, as well as experience in the introduction and optimisation of ERP-supported change management workflows (Siemens Teamcenter, Mendix)
• Very good German and English skills at C1 level
• Analytical thinking, high initiative, assertiveness and the ability to actively shape and communicate changes
