About the job

The vision of the visoparents foundation is a society in which every person can live equally with their individual abilities and strengths.

The special education day school of the visoparents foundation is a special school type B recognized by the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zurich. We educate children and adolescents of all school levels with severe multiple disabilities.

To complete our team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.

These are your tasks

You are responsible for teaching a class
You take over the educational support and upbringing of the assigned students
You perform nursing tasks and provide guidance in practical life areas
You work closely with the class team and other teams
You participate in subject-specific and interdisciplinary meetings

What you bring with you

You have a completed education in school special education recognized by the EDK or are currently in training
You have an interest in working with students with multiple disabilities
Experience in leading a class or class team is an advantage
You work goal-, solution- and resource-oriented
You have an open, non-judgmental and respectful attitude
You are a resilient, team-oriented, communicative and responsible personality
