Technical Application Support ERP / Key User (m/f)

We are a dynamic and growing service company in the healthcare sector, offering doctors, dentists and other clients innovative billing and debt collection services throughout Switzerland. Our range of services includes the complete handling of our customers' fee claims, from printing and sending invoices to collecting the claims.

To strengthen our Customer Service department, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• First point of contact for users with all questions regarding the debt collection ERP in daily business
• Collecting, questioning and structuring needs and improvement ideas from operations
• Precisely describing requirements and acceptance criteria as a working basis for development as well as
  ensuring the technical depth
• Recording and narrowing down error reports and coordinating their resolution with the responsible parties
• Technical testing and acceptance of developed tickets as well as assessing whether the implementation solves the underlying problem
• Accompanying new functions from the initial idea to successful use in everyday work
• Creating clear instructions, system documentation and training materials
• Training and supporting colleagues in handling the supported applications

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally supplemented by further education related to IT, application support or business processes
• Initial professional experience as an ERP key user or superuser, in application support, testing or a comparable environment
• Strong technical affinity and interest in the functioning of business applications
• Ability to understand business processes and document requirements clearly and structurally
• Analytical, careful and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in collaborating with users, specialists and developers
• Independent working style, sense of responsibility and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
• Knowledge in debt collection or receivables management is an advantage but not a requirement
