Tasks
- You design, implement and evaluate high-quality and innovative further education courses in the field of psychotherapy and counselling.
- You are responsible for the strategic and market-oriented further development of the MAS, DAS and CAS offerings in psychotherapy and counselling - professionally, didactically and economically.
- You provide psychotherapies, counselling and supervisions at a high professional level.
- You conduct workshops, lectures and specialist events within the framework of client mandates.
- You identify trends and develop innovative, future-oriented further education and service formats from them.
- If interested, participation in research or study at bachelor and master level
Profile
- Completed psychotherapeutic training and solid clinical professional experience, ideally with a specialist title for at least five years
- Sound knowledge of modern psychotherapeutic methods and current scientific developments
- Experience in the conception, implementation and evaluation of further education offerings as well as in supervision, teaching and/or training of psychotherapists
- Ability to convey complex psychotherapeutic content in a practice-oriented and target group-appropriate manner and to develop modern, competence-oriented learning formats
- Interest in innovative learning and training concepts as well as in linking science, social developments and psychotherapeutic practice
- Enthusiasm, empathy, capacity for reflection and joy in the development of people
- Openness to change processes, creativity and joy in shaping as well as a committed and professional appearance
