Clerk VID (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Creation and management of contracts and documents
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Maintenance and updating of databases and systems
- Collaboration with other departments and external service providers
- Support with projects and special tasks
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in administration and VID
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP
- Careful and precise working style
- Teamwork, flexibility and resilience
