The Bergbahnen Beckenried-Emmetten AG operates the family-friendly excursion and recreational area Klewenalp-Stockhütte high above Lake Lucerne. Cable cars, gastronomy, summer and winter offers as well as diverse leisure experiences make Klewenalp-Stockhütte a
year-round attractive destination for guests of all ages.

The company is in an exciting phase of development and operates 13 facilities, achieves an annual turnover of around CHF 7.5 million and employs 110 staff, of whom 75 work in winter. The modernisation of infrastructure and further development of the offers provide the future management with the opportunity to actively and sustainably shape the future of the company and the region.

For this demanding task, we are looking for a results-oriented personality with high initiative and decisiveness.

Your tasks

• Operational overall responsibility for the company
• Implementation of the corporate strategy in close cooperation with the Board of Directors
• Leadership, promotion and further development of employees
• Ensuring a safe, efficient, modern and effective operation in close cooperation with the management team
• Expansion of the existing offer as well as initiation and implementation of selected projects to sustainably strengthen the Klewenalp-Stockhütte region
• Representation of Bergbahnen Beckenried-Emmetten AG towards employees, partners, authorities, politics and other stakeholders

Your personality and skills
You have a business, technical or comparable education as well as several years of management experience in a medium-sized service company, ideally in tourism, leisure or transport. Entrepreneurial thinking, financial knowledge and experience
in project management are prerequisites.

As a resilient and communicative personality with pronounced leadership skills, you act pragmatically, reliably and goal-oriented. A high customer orientation and a good understanding of the tourist and local political environment as well as a connection to the region complete your profile.
