What is my role?

Your role
You are the HR contact person for a business unit with several hundred employees. Anyone who wants to fill a position, has a concern, or needs to say goodbye to someone comes to you. You accompany the entire journey of an employee, from the first interview to the exit interview, and you handle the administration yourself.

What you work on

• You advise supervisors on personnel matters and also support employees directly.

• You fill open positions and take care of onboarding, development, and exit.

• In addition, you contribute to cross-departmental HR projects, for example on working time models, health topics, or training.

What do I need to be successful?

• You come from a commercial or technical background and have further trained in HR.

• You have already worked in a comparable HR role and know the day-to-day business.

• You are confident in German; English is helpful.

• You tackle things, take responsibility, and enjoy talking to people.
