Onsite IT Supporter (m/f/d)

As a specialist, you advise builders and planners on all acoustic and building physics issues. Troubleshooting IT faults and error codes
1st-level support for IT questions and technical problems
Handling service requests remotely and on-site
Installation of PCs, peripherals & mobile devices
Support with rollouts, on-/offboarding & documentation
Qualifications:
ICT/Mediamatics training with experience in IT support
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune & Azure/Entra ID
Experience in 1st-/2nd-level support and basic network knowledge
Independent, proactive, organised and patient
German C1, English B2; French is an advantage
