Your tasks:

• Planning, preparation, and execution of technical training (theory & practice)

• Conducting product, system, and application training

• Instruction on commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety

• Conducting training on-site at the customer as well as internally

• Knowledge transfer in the area of regulation or programming of combined controls in the industrial burner sector

• Creation, maintenance, and updating of training materials, presentations, and documentation

• Participation in the development of training concepts and curricula

• Support in the standardization of training content

• Technical support for complex technical issues

• Close cooperation with product management, industry, service, and sales

• Feedback of practical experience to development and product management

• Conveying and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

• Ensuring training quality according to internal standards

What we expect:

• Completed basic technical training (e.g., heating, electrical HVAC, automation, industrial plants)

• Several years of professional experience in an industrial or technical environment

• Very good technical system understanding

• Knowledge of relevant standards and safety regulations is an advantage

• High customer and service orientation

• Willingness to travel within Switzerland

• Team player, reliable, and good communication skills
