Your Contribution
- You take on the professional support and handling by telephone and e-mail for all enquiries regarding the switch service as well as our supplementary health insurance
- You ensure support for the switch service platform, a self-service portal
- You are responsible for mutations of customer and contract data including individual solution finding
- You are responsible for special cases of the switch service that cannot be carried out automatically, and you make individual clarifications as well as the necessary correspondence with customers and health insurers
- You continuously test our switch service platform to ensure a first-class digital experience for our customers
- You assist in the ongoing optimisation of processes, take on exciting additional tasks and participate in projects
- You actively contribute to the team, promote knowledge exchange and always keep the needs of our customers at the centre.
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent basic training
- You have very good oral and written language skills in German and at least one other national language (French or Italian)
- It is advantageous if you already have some professional experience in health insurance
- You put our customers at the centre and strive to offer them an excellent "Customer Experience"
- You enjoy customer contact, are helpful and empathetic with the aim of offering each customer the best possible solution
- You have a quick grasp, enjoy working in a team and complement it with your commitment and perseverance
- You are a positive personality and an independent, reliable and efficient working style rounds off your profile
