Role:
Powerful IT workplaces are created through intelligent automation, well-thought-out security concepts and a stable cloud infrastructure. This position seeks an IT professional who masters modern Microsoft platforms, understands technical contexts and consistently advances workplace solutions.
Responsibilities:
Engineering and lifecycle management of Windows end devices in modern IT environments
Design and optimisation of cloud-based workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365
Establishment and maintenance of automated software distribution and device configuration with Microsoft Intune
Integration of identity, access and security solutions with Microsoft Entra ID
Development of scripts and automations with PowerShell to increase efficiency in IT operations
Implementation of endpoint security concepts, compliance policies and modern access controls
Standardisation of client configurations as well as optimisation of update and patch processes
Technical support for migrations, system integrations and the introduction of new workplace technologies
Documentation of technical solutions and continuous improvement of existing operational processes
Qualifications:
Several years or correspondingly solid practical experience in workplace engineering, endpoint management or Microsoft environment
Very good knowledge of Windows client technologies and Microsoft 365
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and cloud-based device management
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation of administrative tasks
Understanding of modern IT security architectures, conditional access and zero trust
Structured approach to technical analyses and problem solving
Initiative, quality awareness and interest in new technologies
Ideally, initial contact with Microsoft Graph, Git, CI/CD or infrastructure as code
