As hosts and first points of contact, the ticket team ensures that our guests start their mountain experience relaxed and feel welcome from the very beginning. Whether selling tickets, providing information, or handling the daily accounts – we keep an overview and greet our guests with warmth.


What you can achieve

• Customer service and information at the counter
• Ticket sales using the Skidata cash register system
• Preparation of the daily accounts
• Maintenance and servicing of the ticket machines

• Experience in dealing with guests and cash register systems
• Knowledge of the ski area and region is an advantage
• Precise working method and good numerical aptitude
• High resilience even in stressful situations
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays and to assist at other ticket counters
• Very good German and English skills (B2), any additional languages such as Italian and French are an advantage
