Role:
Responsibilities:
You coordinate technical enquiries and contribute your analytical skills in second-level support.
You evaluate new IT solutions, accompany their introduction, and oversee the installation and adaptation of new systems and services.
You support first-level support professionally and are responsible for the virtual server environment.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training (EFZ); certifications such as MCSE are advantageous.
Your focus is on the Windows environment (Server, Exchange, SQL), complemented by knowledge in storage, Linux, cloud technologies, and VMware.
You are fluent in German and have a good level of English.
