About the job
Do you want to contribute and implement creative ideas in the gastronomy sector? And thereby help shape the development of the youth culture centre?
Your tasks
- Together with your co-management partner, you are responsible for the operations in the restaurant and bar.
- You lead, train and support the 15-member bar team in their daily work. You are responsible for scheduling, coordinate the induction of new employees and organise regular team meetings.
- As the driving force at the front, you are the face of the Treibhaus Bar and ensure smooth operations on site.
- You are the link between gastronomy and event planning – from customer communication to offer design, you have everything under control.
- Together with the team, you further develop the offer, plan catering and private events, and implement these operationally.
- You think outside the box and further develop the gastronomy concept, take care of the maintenance of the infrastructure and maintain cooperation with suppliers.
Your profile
- In addition to gastronomic professional experience, you have completed vocational training, ideally supplemented by job-specific further education.
- You lead your team in a motivating, participative manner with a sense for the bigger picture.
- As an inspiring doer with an innovative spirit, you want to actively further develop the Treibhaus Bar and already bring relevant implementation experience.
- Flexible working hours are no problem for you – you enjoy working irregularly in the evenings and at weekends.
- You have an organised, structured way of working and an eye for detail.
- You enjoy moving in the youth and cultural scene and take pleasure in supporting young adults on their path.
