What to expect with us

• You will lead the further development and introduction of new functions for applications and ensure the support as well as the optimisation of existing and new corporate client applications.
• You analyse disruptions and errors in our applications and coordinate the solution finding with internal and external partners.
• You provide technical support to the specialist departments, conduct training sessions and drive continuous quality improvement.
• You create and analyse reports on our applications to initiate data-based optimisations and further developments.
• You coordinate idea management and implement promising innovation and digitalisation projects in a targeted manner.

What you bring with you

• Completed studies or further education in business informatics, business administration or a related field or close to completion
• Experience in operation, support, further development of applications and project management, ideally in the financial services environment
• Enthusiasm for IT topics, knowledge in IT service management and pronounced customer orientation
• Quick problem recognition, root cause analysis and pragmatic solution finding with internal and external partners
• Enjoyment of a dynamic, service-oriented environment, structured working method, even in hectic times
