Lead IT Service Engineer (m/f/d)
This ROCKEN partner is a leading provider of dental software and IT technology in dental medicine on the Swiss market with their software. The innovative IT total solutions are modular custom-made products. They adapt to the individual customer needs and wishes. This guarantees efficient and profitable workflows in the practice. Responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of hardware, software and network components at customer sites
Planning, coordination and technical implementation of customer projects
Conducting customer training and supporting the introduction of new solutions
Parameterisation and support of applications according to customer requirements
Handling technical enquiries and faults in application and IT support
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or a comparable technical field
Initial practical work experience in IT is an advantage
Vocational baccalaureate or university degree or comparable further education
Open, communicative and customer-oriented personality with enjoyment of direct customer contact
Fluent German language skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
