About the job
The Centre for Dental Medicine at the University of Zurich (ZZM) is an internationally recognised clinical, educational and research centre. In six specialised clinics and one institute, dentists and scientists work at the forefront of knowledge and in interdisciplinary teams to achieve the highest quality in patient care, teaching and research.The Clinic for Oral Surgery provides care for patients in the entire field of dentoalveolar outpatient surgery and implantology. Furthermore, a daily mucous membrane consultation takes place. The outpatient clinic provides its services according to modern quality-related guidelines.
Study Coordinator
Tasks
- Conducting national clinical studies with the Clinic for Oral Surgery
- Coordination of cross-clinic studies
- Electronic data capture (eCRF) and management of study documentation (ISF, TMF)
- Submission of scientific manuscripts and regular preparation of a publication overview
- Study management, adaptation and review of study-relevant documents, ethics committee and Swissmedic submissions as well as updating databases
- Monitoring the progress of research projects
- Preparation of Annual Safety Reports and/or study update reports
- Support in updating SOPs and preparing internal training sessions
Profile
- Completed bachelor’s degree in healthcare or natural sciences
- Experience in conducting clinical studies
- Consolidated knowledge and experience with GCP/ICH and ISO 14155 regulations
- Experience with web-based data capture applications (eCRF, REDCap, secuTrial)
- Team player, good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise projects and tasks and assert oneself
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
