For an established, leading company in the field of technical system solutions with a focus on laboratory environments, we are looking to strengthen the service organisation with a committed individual as Dispatcher / Coordinator (m/f) 100%. The company is one of the leading providers in its sector in Switzerland and offers demanding customers from industry, research and education comprehensive total solutions including service and maintenance from a single source.

Tasks

• Recording of telephone and written repair reports in the internal systems
• Scheduling and coordination of technician deployments
• Planning and organisation of installation, maintenance and repair work
• Processing and monitoring of customer concerns
• Communication with customers, technicians and suppliers by phone and e-mail
• Support in the preparation of repair and service offers* Invoicing of service deployments as well as processing of warranty cases
• Maintenance and further development of master data as well as optimisation of scheduling processes

Profile

• Commercial or technical basic training (e.g. technical clerk advantageous)
• Experience in scheduling or in a service organisation
• Very good user knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Navision advantageous)
• Customer-oriented, precise and independent working style
• Structured thinking as well as quick comprehension
• Resilient, team-oriented personality with confident appearance
• Very good German skills, good French skills as well as English skills advantageous
