The Salvation Army Foundation Switzerland is a Christian non-profit organisation. With Living and Accompanying Zurich, we operate three residential offers in the heart of Zurich for people in challenging life situations. We create living spaces that enable stability, security, and personal development. In doing so, we support our clients in strengthening their independence and shaping their lives as autonomously and actively as possible within society.We are looking for reinforcement in our key worker teams at Ankerstrasse and Molkenstrasse.
Your tasks
- Individual and resource-oriented key worker activities to enable competent participation
- Stabilisation of life situations and development of perspectives for growth
- Occasional support with nursing tasks
- Collaboration with authorities, specialist agencies, and internal partners
- Interdisciplinary teamwork
- Maintaining case documentation
Your profile
- Degree in social pedagogy or social work (FH, HF)
- Experience in supporting people with psychological burdens, addiction issues, or social difficulties
- High social and communication skills
- Enjoyment of relationship work, interdisciplinary collaboration, and responsible tasks
- Identification with the values of the Salvation Army
