What to expect:

• First and second level support for employees on site, by phone and remotely
• Managing and maintaining user accounts as well as supporting access and permission issues
• Installing, maintaining and supporting hardware and software components
• Commissioning IT workstations and hardware at various locations
• Participating in IT projects, creating documentation and supporting the introduction of new IT services

What you should bring:

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable IT qualification
• Initial experience in IT support as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Microsoft Cloud Services
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Strong service orientation, communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Driving licence category B
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
