• Professional customer service and advice as well as providing customer information
• Assembling bouquets, arrangements, and decorations
• Merchandise disposition, presentation, and care
• Inventory management

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: as a flower salesperson or florist
• Professional experience: Experience in the field of flowers and customer service
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and creative work
• Independent and reliable working style
• Customer-oriented personality with enthusiasm for sales
• German (B1)
