Specialist in Charge of Flowers & Cash Register Duties

About the job

Take on the specialist responsibility in the flower department of the M Eglisau branch. With your solid knowledge of flowers, you provide our customers with first-class advice. Thanks to your motivated and inspiring manner, you contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. You have experience at the cash register and can also provide support there. What you achieve

• You act as a competent contact person for our customers together with the team and take responsibility for the flower department
• You enjoy passing on your expertise and knowledge to new employees and introducing them to the flower department
• You are responsible for ordering goods
• You take responsibility for efficient stock management, attractive product presentation, and ensure our shelves are always well stocked
• You ensure the high quality of our products including date checks
• If needed, you also support at the cash register

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: in sales/retail
• Professional experience: 2 years of professional experience in retail/sales of flowers
• You present yourself in a customer-oriented and friendly manner
• You enjoy working independently and reliably
• You are stress-tolerant and have good communication skills
• German (A2)
