The Customer and Broker Service (KBS) is the central point of contact for enquiries from customers and brokers. To support our brokers quickly and competently and to ensure a high level of service quality, we are looking for energetic support immediately or by arrangement.

Broker Sales Agent in Customer and Broker Service

Your task...

• Telephone and written advice to our brokers
• Preparation of individual offers and quotations
• Responding to enquiries about our products for private and corporate customers
• Follow-up on offers and customer recovery
• Close cooperation with Key Account Management
• Administrative tasks such as contract changes and commission accounting
• Support in maintaining the customer and broker portal
• General support in customer and broker service
• Participation in projects

You bring with you...

• Commercial basic training with additional specialist certificate in insurance
• Insurance intermediary certificate VBV, or equivalent, is a prerequisite
• Experience in the insurance industry and working with brokers
• Enjoyment of daily telephone/written contact and exchange with people
• Empathy and a strong sense of customers’ expectations and needs
• Quick comprehension, quality awareness and reliability
• Holistic thinking and acting
• High commitment and resilience, as well as a good dose of ambition
• Strong team spirit and "hands-on mentality"
• Proficiency in German and French, Italian is an advantage
