• Work in the coordination team as well as collaboration with relatives and specialist agencies
• Assisting and supporting residents with everyday tasks
• Maintaining client documentation
• Medication administration
• Taking on areas of responsibility within the team
• Conversations and crisis interventions
• Participation in team meetings

... you bring with you…

• A completed qualification as a Social Pedagogue or Registered Nurse
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as working with residents
• High social competence, independence, and personal responsibility
• Knowledge in handling psychiatric emergency situations
• Interest in a long-term commitment in a respectful environment
