You will
- handle written enquiries received by e-mail or via our e-banking portal
- independently record, check and complete customer enquiries as well as carry out online account openings
- conduct telephone clarifications with customers, including on compliance-relevant topics
- flexibly assist in other communication channels as needed
You bring
- a commercial basic education or equivalent professional experience, ideally in the financial sector
- very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as ideally good French skills
- high flexibility to switch communication channels depending on the situation and to step in in various areas of responsibility
- digital affinity, precise working method and the ability to prioritise and ensure high quality even under heavy workload
