You will

handle written enquiries received by e-mail or via our e-banking portal
independently record, check and complete customer enquiries as well as carry out online account openings
conduct telephone clarifications with customers, including on compliance-related topics
flexibly assist in other communication channels as needed

You bring

a commercial basic education or equivalent professional experience, ideally in the financial sector
very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as ideally good French skills
high flexibility to switch communication channels depending on the situation and to step in in various areas of responsibility
digital affinity, precise working method and the ability to prioritise and ensure high quality even under heavy workload
