What to expect:

• Management and control of several parallel running CSV and qualification projects
• Coordination and management of several CSV engineers as well as alignment of tasks, priorities and resources
• Planning and monitoring of project progress, deadlines, resources and quality requirements
• Planning and execution of qualification activities for systems, equipment, technical facilities and computerised systems
• Responsibility for planning and implementation of Computer System Validation (CSV) according to applicable regulatory requirements
• Creation, review and coordination of qualification and validation documentation
• Technical advice to customers on qualification and CSV issues, building and maintaining long-term partnerships as well as targeted development of new customer relationships.
• Coordination of collaboration with engineering, IT, quality assurance (QA) and other departments
• Processing and evaluation of deviations, changes and CAPAs in the qualification and validation environment
• Optimisation of processes, methods and standards for efficient implementation of CSV and qualification projects
• Preparation of offers and cost responsibility for projects
• Technical further development of the team

What you bring:

• Technical or scientific degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) with a focus on Computer System Validation (CSV), qualification, pharmaceutical technology or comparable.
• Experience in the life sciences sector, especially process and plant know-how in the pharmaceutical industry and medical devices, GxP, GAMP5 > 5 years
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
• Independence, commitment, teamwork and a proactive personality with a systematic and methodical way of working
• Solid PC & MS Office skills or great willingness to learn
• Willingness for variable workplace at the customer or RETEL in Neuhausen
