Your Tasks

• Maintenance and updating of workplace data in SAP ECC R/3 and SAP S/4HANA
• Recording, managing and tracking training requirements and training records in SAP
• Close coordination with specialist departments to ensure current workplace and training requirements
• Administrative support in day-to-day business with a focus on data quality and compliance
• Management of the DQM team mailboxes in the training management area
• Support in maintaining and using the compliance tool CAQ

• Commercial basic training, ongoing studies or comparable qualification
• Very precise, structured and reliable way of working, especially in dealing with data and systems
• High IT affinity and quick grasp of new systems and processes
• Confident German (C1) and good English skills (B2) spoken and written

• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
