In Bern, actifutura gmbh will launch the Professional Integration programme "BINplus" on 1 January 2027. On behalf of the Office for Unemployment Insurance (AVA), we already support job-seeking individuals in Interlaken and Thun in a personalised, practical, and appreciative manner on their path back to the primary labour market.

For our new team in Bern, we are looking for a committed, flexible, and digitally savvy individual as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement for the position of

Coordination Officer for Employment Integration, 40 - 60 %

Your tasks

• Reception, telephone switchboard, and general administration
• Management and appointment coordination of annual placements
• Maintenance and updating of our case management software as well as ensuring high data quality
• Preparation and processing of reports to the AVA according to specifications
• Completion and submission of AMM certificates for the unemployment funds
• Maintenance and updating of our homepage as well as support with other digital applications and communication channels
• Support in the further development and digitalisation of administrative processes
• Support of the coordination office and the service managers in various administrative and organisational areas

You have

• A vocational or educational qualification at secondary level II
• Experience in commercial or administrative fields
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Confident use of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 as well as a strong IT affinity and enjoyment in working with digital applications, software solutions, and new technologies
• An affinity for websites and digital content as well as an interest in keeping our homepage up to date and further developing it
• Ideally, experience with case management software, databases, reporting or planning systems and/or in a coordination office for employment integration
• A quick grasp and enjoyment in independently familiarising yourself with new digital tools and systems
• A positive, open demeanour and an appreciative attitude towards people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds
• Enjoyment of teamwork as well as an independent and reliable working style
• Flexibility regarding assignments at different work locations (Bern/Thun)
