We are developing an Innovation Factory on the uptownBasel campus in Arlesheim to create new ideas. Topics such as Life Sciences, Health Tech, Digital Health, Robotics, but also areas like Space Economy, Artificial Intelligence, and Quantum Computing are important and should be combined for application. We consider GenAI as a new form of creativity that can create value and novelty. Regulatory approval and regulation are becoming central themes. The ongoing monitoring and analysis of legislative changes, such as the EU Medical Device Regulation and its implementation, is a key focus for us. For this, we are looking for an AI Agent Training Specialist.

For the next development phase, we are seeking a person who works daily with AI agents and translates defined questions into precise prompts. A prompt is a specific instruction, for example, given to ChatGPT to obtain a precise result.

Ideally, you have a basic legal education and have spent a few years working with topics related to medicine, medical technology, and their regulation.

As an assistant, you will work 40 to 60% of full-time hours in a small team closely with the Director Regulatory AI & Digital Transformation.

What you should bring:

• You understand business processes and have a strong linguistic and logical thinking ability to create precise prompts.
• The ability to work 3 to 4 hours focused and without long interruptions.
• You have a legal background and experience in regulation or quality assurance in MedTech, Life Sciences, Digital Health, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Enjoy redesigning processes for AI as well as data management practices to foster innovation.
• The ability to think systematically, proceed iteratively, and experiment.
• You learn continuously, actively implement feedback, help build a network for knowledge exchange and development, and communicate transparently to build mutual trust.
