Senevita is the largest integrated provider of services for the elderly and employs around 4,000 staff. Outpatient and inpatient services flow seamlessly into one another. While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private home care services throughout Switzerland.
In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten opened in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected units), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with excellent public transport connections.
We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual by arrangement as
Residential Area Manager 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Recruitment and induction of employees as well as the professional and personnel management of your team
- Development and organisation of the department with 22 residents and integrated home care
- Co-design and implementation of management and care processes and active participation
- Staff deployment/ duty planning, employee discussions
- Responsibility for assessment using interRAI LTCF and RAI HC
- Communication and maintaining contact with internal and external customers
- Significant shaping of the working atmosphere and an effective working environment
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, Psych. KP). Recognition by the SRC is mandatory for foreign diplomas
- Many years of leadership and professional experience in long-term care
- Knowledge of RAI-HC/ interRAI LTCF
- Leadership experience with appropriate leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (min. level B2)
- Strong social skills as well as a high degree of empathy and communication skills
- Resilience and very good organisational skills
