Tasks
From 01.08.2026 we are looking for a personality who supports and teaches our pupils linguistically in an integrative way but also with individual and small group lessons.
Requirements
You have a diploma in speech therapy or are in training for it. Possibly a language-affine SHP is conceivable for the position. You enjoy working in the areas of prevention, therapy and are also willing to carry out assessments independently or with support. You are ready to actively collaborate in the MR team, have flexibility, joy and curiosity and are equipped with a good sense of humour. Good cooperation with the teachers and parents is a matter of course for you.
We offer
Rethinking school – shaping it together
The Heimberg School consciously ventures into innovative and new forms of support. From the 2026/27 school year, among other things, an offer in horse-assisted remedial education will be created for pupils with special needs. At the same time, a newly established and effective psychomotor programme has been successfully institutionalised at our school.
Our MR area is in an exciting phase of development. For this, we are looking for people with:
• Innovative strength and openness to new paths
• Willingness to develop and shape
• Enjoyment of teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Resilience, humour and passion
• a clear stance in favour of integration and participation
What awaits you with us
• a very committed, resilient and motivated MR team
• close cooperation with the respective class teams
• a school management that supports, strengthens and carries together
• room for co-creation and personal development
• innovative pedagogical approaches and meaningful development work
• a respectful togetherness – and humour that is never in short supply with us
If you are eager to engage with joy for children and young people with special needs, for a strong class and MR team and for an innovative school, we look forward to hearing from you.
