On behalf of our client, an innovative, successful and established real estate service company in the Greater Zurich area, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced

Type of Work

In this responsible role, you will independently manage demanding construction projects and accompany them in close collaboration with the responsible project managers. You will be in direct contact with buyers and clients, ensuring a professional and smooth implementation of the projects.
Your main tasks include coordinating and leading the involved planners, contractors and suppliers as well as continuously monitoring deadlines, costs and quality. You will competently guide the client or buyer through the entire construction process, identify possible deviations early and ensure the appropriate coordination and implementation of suitable measures. In doing so, you will take on a central interface function between project management, planning, contractors and the client.

Requirements Profile

To successfully master this exciting challenge, you have completed training as a federally certified construction manager or a technical college graduate in building construction and can draw on several years of professional experience in construction management. Ideally, you have solid experience in renovations and refurbishments and are familiar with the special requirements related to planning, coordination and execution. You bring good knowledge of common MS Office applications and ideally experience with construction administration software, preferably Messerli. Fluent German skills in spoken and written form are required.
