Transport Dispatcher (m/f/d) 100%

Your Responsibilities

• Scheduling of lorries (Welaki, hook and tipper vehicles)
• Receiving and recording customer orders by telephone and e-mail in our IT system (Swynoo)
• Timely planning, organisation, and coordination of incoming orders
• Daily invoicing of completed orders
• Compilation, checking, and archiving of invoices
• Telephone support and advice for our customers
• Assuming various administrative tasks along the entire logistics chain

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training and experience in the transport sector, especially in scheduling
• Driving licence category C/CE is an advantage
• Very good comprehension as well as a responsible and reliable working style
• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Committed, resilient, and solution-oriented personality
• Team player with initiative
• Business understanding and enjoyment of daily contact with customers and drivers
