- Be the local contact person for residents and families, including in sensitive situations.
Steering and Performance
- Lead the monthly review of La Gottaz, service by service: budget, variances, indicators.

- Prepare the weekly meeting with the manager.
Business Development
- Welcome families, conduct tours, manage admissions with the customer service team.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, hospitals and networks that refer residents.
- Promote La Gottaz’s premium offer and contribute to its pricing positioning.
Management and Quality
- Support service managers with attentiveness and high standards.
- Contribute to recruitment, integration and development of staff.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual frameworks.
Projects and Inter-site Collaboration
- Relay the residents’ life project approach at La Gottaz.
- Work within the Tertianum group to harmonise practices and share what works.
Your Profile
- You want to grow: a successful first management experience and the desire to progress towards establishment management.
- Analytical: comfortable with numbers, indicators and management tools, especially Excel.
- Responsible and reliable: you manage the site with confidence and report clearly.
- Autonomous: you make decisions at your level and escalate problems with solutions.
- Organised and methodical: you prioritise, structure your work and follow through on your files.
- Commercial sense: you enjoy welcoming, convincing, developing a network and promoting a quality offer.
- Service and interpersonal skills: presence on site, listening to residents, families and teams.
- Education: management, health, hospitality, HR or related field. Training in institutional management, completed or ongoing, is an asset.
- Languages: fluent French; German or English are an asset.
Our Way of Working
- Decisions based on facts and figures.
- A weekly meeting with the manager, a monthly review by service.
- Wide autonomy, with clear delegations.
- Issues followed through to resolution.
What We Offer
- A position with full responsibility, in a residence recognised for quality care and resident support.
- Direct support from the multisite manager: a real opportunity to learn the management profession.
- A leading group in Switzerland, with career development prospects.
