Employee Project/Construction Administration

Your Tasks

You support the project management of a major project in various administrative and organisational matters
You manage the administrative process of contractor invoices
You assist in the approval process of contractor offers
You actively participate in reconciliations between construction accounting and the client’s ERP system
You keep track of documents such as contracts and warranty certificates – you check, process and archive them reliably
You professionally manage project-related documents and data
You reliably maintain the relevant databases in Excel
You maintain contact with customers and partners and ensure clear communication
You coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare documents and ensure accurate minute-taking
You ensure that everything runs smoothly from reception to mail handling

You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification
You have several years of professional experience in the construction environment
You are digitally savvy and very familiar with the MS Office suite
Your German skills are business fluent in speaking and writing
Foreign languages are welcome but not mandatory
You are flexible, reliable and motivated
You have a strong organisational talent, work in a structured way and pay attention to details
You are a team player and coffee tastes better when you are around
