Information Security Risk Officer

Your Tasks

• You build up our ICT risk management processes, implement them, and continuously develop them further
• You monitor legal and regulatory requirements in the field of information security and translate them into concrete measures
• You lead the IT Security Operations Manager both professionally and personally and promote their development
• You act as the link to our parent company as well as to external security partners and manage the collaboration
• You conduct assessments and coordinate internal and external audits
• You are responsible for IT continuity management including business impact analysis, continuity planning, and disaster recovery tests, and contribute to overarching business continuity management
• You continuously monitor the threat landscape and assess new risks
• You alert and report on security incidents

Your Profile

• You have completed higher vocational training as a business informatics specialist or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by recognised certifications in the field of information security (for example CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor)
• You bring many years of professional experience in IT risk or information security management and operate independently and confidently in this environment
• You not only know the relevant frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, CIS, COBIT) but also apply them confidently and routinely in practice
• You have proven leadership experience and lead a specialist effectively and purposefully
• You act confidently in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including at the parent company and security partner level, and build sustainable relationships
• You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
• You work in a structured, analytical, and quality-conscious manner and impress with a quick grasp and pronounced process understanding
• You are a communicative, cooperative personality and gladly take on responsibility
