What to expect with us
- You will become a CRM specialist and help shape its further development.
- You automate and optimise processes using code, AI, and ML approaches.
- You analyse business cases and specify processes, applications, and interfaces.
- You establish standards for development and implementation and monitor compliance.
- You train and advise internal developers and configurators as a technical contact person.
What you bring with you
- Completed or part-time studies at a (technical) university of applied sciences.
- Initial experience with CRM systems is an advantage, ideally with the BSI Customer Suite.
- Enjoy understanding complex business processes and simplifying them in a practical way.
- Programming skills (e.g. TypeScript, Python, SQL, APIs, automation).
- Interest in AI, Machine Learning, RPA, and data-driven solutions.
- Independence, quick comprehension, structured working, and a sense of responsibility.
- Confident appearance with business, IT, and internal partners.
