Personnel, organisational and professional leadership of the Migration Department with two caseworkers Responsibility for the lawful implementation of regulations in the specialist areas of foreign nationals and asylum matters Responsibility for the execution of all tasks in the asylum sector at the cantonal level Permit matters in the foreign nationals sector Issuance of orders with legal remedies Ordering police controls and reports Collaboration in the enforcement of expulsions
Commercial basic training, supplemented with further training in the field of migration (e.g. CAS Migration Law or similar) Several years of relevant professional experience as well as sound specialist knowledge Initial leadership experience is a great advantage Communicative and resilient personality with high social competence Independent, reliable and structured way of working Good foreign language skills in English; any additional language is an advantage
