Technical Internal Sales (m/f/d)
How do you organise storage spaces intelligently and space-savingly? The field of activity includes sales, project planning, installation, and service of customised intralogistics solutions. Responsibilities:
- You advise and support customers, prospects, and sales partners with technical competence
- In this role, you provide technical and administrative support to the field sales team
- As a Technical Internal Sales Administrator, you prepare calculations, offers, and technical solution proposals
- You handle orders for domestic and export markets completely and monitor their execution
- In this role, you correspond with foreign partners and clarify technical feasibility with internal departments and the parent company
- As a Technical Internal Sales Administrator, you support and advise on products, controls, and warehouse management software
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial or technical basic education and further training as a sales specialist with a federal certificate
- You have a good technical understanding and interest in technical products, controls, and software
- You have very good German skills and good English skills; French is an advantage
- You communicate clearly, act customer- and sales-oriented, and enjoy dealing with customers from different markets
- You think in networks, grasp facts quickly, and work independently, structured, and team-oriented
- You are willing to occasionally visit customers in Switzerland
