Department:
Applied Psychology
Start of work:
Immediately or by arrangement / fixed-term for 12 months with option for continued employment
Tasks
- Recording and processing of working time, performance, and other administrative data
- Data control and plausibility checks based on defined checklists
- Follow-up on missing or incomplete reports
- Support with creditor invoices, special billing as well as planning and year-end closing
- Administrative handling of new entries and business trips
- Maintenance of overviews, distribution lists and digital information in OneNote, Intranet and Outlook
- Support with employee events, service anniversaries and other administrative tasks
Profile
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in administrative processing, career or re-entry possible
- Confident handling of MS 365, especially Excel and Outlook
- Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarise yourself with new systems
- Careful, precise and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of recurring recording and control tasks
- Independent and structured working style, also in home office
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
