To strengthen our Calculation HVAC department at the Chur location, we are looking for a technical clerk immediately or by arrangement.Technical Clerk Calculation HVAC

- Independent creation and processing of quotations as well as calculation documents for HVAC projects
- Obtaining, checking and comparing supplier quotations as a basis for competitive offers
- Creating, preparing and sending tender, offer and rejection documents
- Administrative handling of projects after award, including maintenance of project data in SAP and Salesforce
- Close cooperation with project managers, team leaders and specialist departments as well as active participation in efficient quotation and calculation processing

- You have a commercial education with a strong technical flair or an HVAC-technical background with administrative or commercial experience
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the quotation and calculation sector or in a comparable function
- You work precisely, organised and with a high awareness of quality
- You are comfortable using digital tools and MS Office
- You appreciate teamwork and convince with your reliable and service-oriented manner
